Resurgent Esports Broadcasting is an organization that aims to produce quality esports tournaments and broadcasts. We are a team of passionate esports fans who are working together to create an enjoyable and professional experience for both players and spectators alike!

As a Lead Producer for Resurgent you will work directly with Andallyn to help mold and shape the vision for the organization as an equal and owner of the brand. The ideal Lead Producer has an incredible passion for esports, a natural ability to lead and manage on a personal level investing yourself into the organization, and is proactive, always looking for innovate ways to inspire the brand's staff and esports community.

To be eligible for a Lead Producer position you must be willing to spend around 10-30 hours per week. This time will be spent planning and organizing tournaments and events, delegating tasks and engaging members of the staff to buy-into the vision of the organization, and wearing many hats.

This is truly a unique chance to be a large part owner of an established esports organization in a booming market. This position includes an allotment of ownership upon signing onto our Partnership Agreement.
